What we collect on this website, and what we do with it.
What this site collects
The contact form collects the name, email, organization, phone number and message you type into it. We also use two analytics tools — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — which record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you moved through the site. Neither loads until you accept the notice. There is no advertising network and we do not sell or share this data. We use a location lookup to show your regional office hours and to mention your nearest city; it reads your IP address against a database held on our own server — nothing about your visit is sent to the database provider — and it returns an approximate city, region and country only. It is never a street address, never a name, and it is not stored.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, and it is recorded in our own ticketing system so the conversation is not lost. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside ALCO USA Inc.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for as long as we have a business relationship. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
