Adam at ALCO USA has been our go-to for everything IT-related at Learning How 2 Live for the past year and he's been incredible. He handled our initial website build and SEO, came back later in the year for a full redesign, and set up and maintains our Microsoft 365 email and domain and is always available to answer questions and doesn't get frustrated at changes or feedback. The thing that sets Adam apart is how reachable he is. He answers his phone, returns texts, and shows up in person when something needs hands-on attention. He never nickel-and-dimes us for extra time spent on a project, and his pricing has stayed reasonable to flat-out low for the depth of what he delivers.
What's really impressive is his range. WordPress, Ebay integration, email administration, AI tools, training our team, even helping us figure out our CRM setup. Adam is proficient at all of it and treats everything like it's worth his full attention. Adam gets the work done right, Highly recommend.
