What types of meetings can I schedule?

We offer consultations for IT support, onboarding, billing inquiries, partnership discussions, and technology planning. Each meeting type is clearly listed in the booking tool.

Can I request a specific team member?

Yes. During scheduling, you can select your preferred technician, account manager, or partner liaison if available. Otherwise, our team will assign the appropriate representative.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard meetings. Urgent or emergency requests should be submitted via the support portal.

Are virtual meetings available?

Yes. All meetings can be conducted virtually via video conferencing or phone. Links and dial-in information are provided automatically after booking.

What information should I provide when booking?

Please provide your name, email, phone number, company, and a brief description of the purpose of the meeting. This helps us prepare and make the session as productive as possible.

Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting?

Yes. You can modify your meeting using the confirmation email link or through the Book a Meeting portal. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
