How do I request access to restricted systems?

Submit a request via the Access Request portal. Include your name, email, and the systems you need access to.

Which systems require access requests?

Restricted systems include VPS servers, RMM tools, PSA systems, and any ALCO-managed software requiring credentials.

How long does it take to get access?

Access requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Emergency requests are prioritized if submitted through the portal.

Who approves access requests?

Requests are approved by system administrators or account managers, based on security and compliance requirements.
